Essential Digital and AI Skills Training


(Mandatory Pre-Semester Training)

EduCareer shall provide training of Essential Digital & AI Skills to all students before the start of the semester.

This foundation program ensures every learner is digitally prepared, industry-ready, and equipped with future-focused AI competencies before beginning academic studies.

All students will complete the following structured learning modules:

  • Learn MS Office 2010 (Alison)

  • Communication Skills for Educators 

  • Soft Skills: Master the Top 10 Soft Skills Necessary in the Workplace

  • CompTIA IT Fundamentals

This training ensures that every student:

  • Builds strong digital foundations

  • Develops AI readiness skills

  • Gains global workplace competencies

  • Becomes confident in technology-driven learning environments

  • Is prepared for future careers in healthcare, education, and technology sectors

Upon successful completion of this mandatory pre-semester training, students will be able to:

  • Demonstrate strong digital literacy and confident use of essential productivity tools

  • Effectively use Microsoft Office applications for academic and professional tasks

  • Apply communication and collaboration skills in digital learning environments

  • Exhibit core professional soft skills required in modern workplaces

The Essential Digital & AI Skills Training Program is mandatory for all students enrolled in every degree program at EduCareer.

Completion of this pre-semester foundation training is a compulsory academic requirement and a prerequisite for the commencement of regular semester classes.

This policy ensures that all students begin their academic journey with standardized digital literacy, AI readiness, collaborative learning skills, and future-focused professional competencies required for modern education and global career pathways.
